Longevity advice is easy to find and hard to act on. Viteon turns it into a short list for the week.

It starts with an estimate. Eleven questions about sleep, activity, sitting time, screen time, sugar, alcohol, smoking and stress produce a biological age, shown next to your calendar age. No blood test and no wearable are involved.

Then it sets three actions for the week, each with its estimated effect on the score, and a daily protocol of hydration, daylight, breathwork, sleep and fasting. You log what you do, and every Sunday the estimate is revised from it.

Adults who follow longevity research and want a short list of things to do each week, rather than more to read. Viteon is for people aged 18 and over.

  1. 01Answer eleven questions

Age, sleep quality and hours, how rested you feel, exercise, time spent sitting, screen time, sugar, alcohol, smoking and stress.

  2. 02See the estimate

Viteon estimates a biological age and sets it beside your calendar age. The result is labelled as an estimate, for information only.

  3. 03Get three actions

Each week the app sets three actions, such as logging sleep for five nights or completing three workouts, and shows the estimated effect of each on the score.

  4. 04Log the day

Sleep, fasting, breathwork, workouts, hydration and the other daily protocols are logged in the app and synced to your account, so they follow you to a new phone.

  5. 05Sunday revision

Every Sunday the estimate is revised from what you logged during the week.

  • Data kept on the phone is encrypted, with the key held in the system keychain.
  • You can export your data as a file, or delete your account from Settings. Deletion erases your records from every table straight away.

Viteon is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Its biological age is an estimate, for information only.

Fasting, cold exposure and some other protocols are not safe for everyone. Talk to a doctor before starting if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, are underweight, have a history of eating disorders, or take regular medication. Stop and get medical advice if you feel unwell.

Viteon is in pre-release. It has not yet been submitted to the App Store or Google Play, and in-app purchase is still being connected. When the listings are live, the store buttons on this page will open them. Prices will be shown in the store and in the app before any purchase.
